First, What is PA66 GF30?

PA66 GF30 is a robust engineering composite based on a Polyamide 66 matrix with 30% glass fiber reinforcement. While standard long-fiber versions offer excellent properties, our PA66-LGF30 High-Performance Grade (Model:PA66-HNG03) is specially formulated to enhance key mechanical and thermal properties by an additional 5-10% than standard PA66 LGF30, providing a critical performance edge.

When standard is not enough, PA66-HNG03 delivers. This grade is engineered for designers and engineers who need a higher safety factor, improved longevity, and the confidence to push the boundaries of lightweight design in demanding thermal and structural applications.
