Product Description
LFT PA66/Nylon 66 reinforced material has high fatigue strength and steel, good heat resistance, low friction coefficient ,good wear resistance,high moisture absorption and sufficient dimensional stability. LFT PA66/Nylon 66 improved material is usually used for wear-resistant drive parts under medium loads and operating temperature <100-120℃ without or with little lubrication. The molecular weight of polyamide used for plastics is generally 15,000 ~ 20,000. The common characteristics of polyamides are fire resistance, high tensile strength (up to 104 kilopascals), abrasion resistance and good electrical insulation.
