  • PA66 LGF40 integrates 40% long glass fibers (10-12mm) with polyamide 66 matrix through proprietary pultrusion technology. The optimized fiber-resin interface achieves 89% stress transfer efficiency, surpassing conventional short-fiber composites in fatigue resistance (10⁷ cycles at 70MPa)

 

Engineered Performance:

  • Structural Integrity: 296MPa flexural strength with 8.9GPa modulus, ideal for load-bearing components
  • Thermal Endurance: 246°C HDT @1.8MPa maintains dimensional stability under hood temperatures
  • Chemical Stability: Resists ASTM #3 oil immersion (ΔV<3% after 1000hrs)
