Products Description
Nylon 6 has good processability and moldability. The main processing method is injection molding, which can process products with complex shapes in a single pass, and the operation can be automated. The integration of parts reduces the number, processing procedures and energy consumption, reduces the number of fixtures and part assembly errors, and improves overall accuracy.
LFT PA LGF material is long glass/carbon fiber filled Polyamide resin for making a reinforced compound polymer material.LFT PA-LGF material is a high performance reinforced engineering material.
Compared with the same content of short glass fiber reinforced nylon 6, long glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 cut grain length is more than 10 mm, the glass fiber length of injection molding products can reach 2~5 mm, is a three-dimensional mesh structure, anisotropic distribution, and the nylon 6 matrices is more closely combined, thus having higher specific strength, temperature resistance, low warpage and creep resistance.
