LFT-G® PA6 LGF50 Nylon6 Engineering Material

The LFT-G® LFT PA6 LGF50 material is composed of nylon6 resin and 50% long glass fiber, which results in improved stiffness, tensile strength, and impact resistance compared to traditional nylon materials, and have the wide application from many industrials.The longer fibers provide excellent mechanical properties to the material, such as high strength, stiffness, and toughness. The nylon6 matrix, on the other hand, provides good chemical and thermal resistance. 

The manufacturing process of LFT PA6 material involves melting the nylon6 resin and passing it through a spinneret to form continuous fibers. These fibers are then cut to the desired length and mixed with molten nylon6 resin. The resulting mixture is injected into a mold and cooled to form the final product. The process is similar to that of traditional injection molding, but with the added step of fiber formation.

LFT PA6 material has some advantages over other short fiber thermoplastic composites. The longer continuous fibers provide better interfacial bonding with the matrix, leading to improved toughness and impact resistance. Another one way, LFT PA6 material can be molded into complex shapes with thin walls and long flow lengths without sacrificing its mechanical properties.LFT PA6 material is also environmentally friendly, as it is recyclable and can be reused in other products.
