What is PA6 LGF50?
LFT-G® PA6 LGF50 is a composite material made by embedding 50% long glass fibers into a polyamide 6 (PA6) polymer matrix. The long glass fibers, typically exceeding 5 mm in length, significantly enhance the material's mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, stiffness, and impact resistance. Unlike traditional short glass fiber composites, PA6 LGF50 retains longer fiber lengths even after processing, which translates to superior performance in final products.
