What is PA6 LGF30?
LFT-G® LGF30-PA6 is fiber-reinforced nylon 6 composite material that 30%lon glass fiber with polyamide6 resin with high tensile strength, high modulus etc. excellent mechanical properties, LFT-PA6 also can do the aging resistance grade with dimensional stability, and heat resistance performance, improve the comprehensive performance compared with the short glass fiber reinforced nylon6.
Long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic PA6 (LGF-PA6) is a lightweight, high-strength composite material with better mechanical properties and temperature resistance than short glass fiber reinforced nylon6 (SGFPA6), which can better play the role of glass fiber reinforcing agent. This kind of long fiber reinforced composite material is mainly used in higher requirement than the short cut glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic material, which is now widely used in automobile industry, machinery manufacturing, electronic and electrical appliances, chemical industry and environmental protection, aerospace communication, construction and other departments and industries.
