LFT-G® LFT PA6 NG03 is a 30% long glass fiber reinforced nylon6 composite material that offers excellent mechanical and thermal properties, high strength, high modulus, high dimensional stability, and are easy to manufacture.Long Fiber Thermoplastic (LFT) is a composite material made of thermoplastic resin and long reinforcing fibers, typically glass or carbon fibers, which provide high strength and stiffness.

 

LFT PA6 material combines the strength and stiffness of the long fibers with the toughness and formability of the thermoplastic matrix, resulting in a strong, lightweight, and cost-effective solution for various industrial applications.

 

 

Properties of LFT PA6
