The polyamide 12 elastomer (nylon 12 elastomer) is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material. It is a block polymer comprising a PA12 segment and a polyether segment (polyether block amide). The PA12-rich product has the main properties of PA12, and the properties of the elastomer become more pronounced as the polyether content increases: that is, the polymer becomes softer and has a higher low temperature impact strength. Due to its excellent properties, the polymer is indispensable in many applications.
