PBT is opalescent translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester. With high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, weather resistance, low water absorption, only 0.1%, in the humid environment can maintain a variety of physical properties and electrical performance, such as strong electrical insulation, but large dielectric loss.
