Product Details
PPA is a thermoplastic functional nylon having a semi-crystalline and amorphous structure. PPA is obtained by polycondensation of phthalic acid with o-phenylenediamine. It has excellent thermal, electrical and physical properties. Comprehensive properties such as chemical resistance, excellent mechanical properties, including high rigidity, high strength, high dimensional accuracy and low temperature, continuous high temperature at 200 ° C, humidity, oil and chemical corrosion. Warpage and stability, fatigue resistance, creep resistance. The main application is mainly amorphous PPA. It has excellent high rigidity and high temperature strength. PPA has high hardness and excellent mechanical strength, such as bending, stretching and impact at high temperatures, and is resistant to long-term tensile creep. Its rigidity and strength even exceed the high temperature of PPS and PEEK at 120 °C. Particularly suitable for replacing die-cast alloys to reduce costs. PPA has higher thermal stability than PA46, better CTI arc resistance and infrared reflow capability.
