What is Carbon Fiber PP Composite?

Standard short carbon fiber PP often fails under high fatigue due to chopped fiber limitations. LFT-G® PP-BC04B provides an unparalleled upgrade by utilizing 40% continuous long carbon fibers. This builds a permanent internal 3D structural skeleton during injection molding, drastically amplifying the tensile modulus to 18,000 MPa while maintaining a feather-light 1.08 g/cm³ density.
