Product Description

Long Glass Fiber Filled PA 6.png

For the nylon carbon fiber composite system, we use nylon 66 as the matrix material and chopped or long (continuous) carbon fiber as the reinforcing material. In the test, PA6 was reinforced with 20% carbon fiber and its bending strength was increased to 1358 MPa and tensile strength was increased to 3157.2 MPa. With the addition of 30% carbon fiber, its bending strength was increased to 1861 MPa and tensile strength was increased to 3952 MPa. The tensile strength of the resin is only 75 MPa, and the notched Izod impact strength is 56 J / M. The addition of 20% carbon fiber has the same flexural strength as the addition of 40% glass fiber reinforcement. It can be seen that the reinforcement effect of carbon fiber on PA resin is obvious.

Glass fiber material tennis racket: Disadvantages: low mechanical properties; low strength; average damping performance. Advantages: Damping performance is better than metal shots. fair price
Carbon tennis rackets: Disadvantages: low mechanical properties and low strength; miscellaneous materials used. Advantages: Damping performance is better than metal shots. Both low and mid-range.

All carbon fiber material tennis rackets: Disadvantages: expensive; complex molding process, manual layup, low productivity; high product failure rate. Advantages: fast ball response, excellent mechanical properties; best damping performance, best ball feel.

Tennis rackets made of wood: Disadvantages: poor mechanical properties; slow response to hitting. Advantages: Damping performance is better than metal shots.

Aluminum alloy tennis racket: Disadvantages: low grade; poor damping performance, easy to hurt the wrist. Advantages: simple production process, suitable for industrial production; low production cost and low price.
Carbon aluminum tennis racket: disadvantages: poor performance; poor damping; low grade. Advantages: The price is cheaper.
