LFT-G® LGF40%-PPS is a 40% long carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) thermoplastic composite manufactured using a pultrusion process that melt impregnates the fiber with the matrix resin to maximize performance. The long glass fibers in LFT-G® PPS-LGF40% composites form a network skeleton in a certain direction, and this long fiber network skeleton has a good role in absorbing stress and impact from the outside, which cannot be done by the short fiber composite.LFT-G® PPS-LGF40% has high impact, high strength and stiffness, good wear resistance etc. excellent mechanical properties than short fiber reinforced PPS.The application for auto parts, auto component, home appliance component, sport parts etc. industrial by injection molding.
