What is PPA LGF(Polypathalamide) material?

PPA-LGF material is a high property reinforced engineer thermoplastic raw material. PPA-LGF is one of LFT (long fiber reinforced thermoplastic). PPA-LGF material is long glass fiber filled PPA (Polypathalamide）resin reinforced thermoplastic.

PPA has excellent resistance to gasoline, diesel, motor oil, mineral oil, transformer oil and other oils, even at 150 high temperatures.Long fiberglass PPA is suitable for long-term outdoor use even in extreme weather conditions such as high ULTRAVIOLET radiation, high humidity and high temperature without causing physical degradation.

What is the LFT long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite?

Long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites (LFT) are fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites with a length of 6.3mm or more. Fibers include glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and other common fibers, and thermoplastic resin mainly includes polypropylene (PP), nylon (PA), polyester (PBT) and other plastics, most of the long fibers on the market are glass fibers, so the material is also called long glass fiber (LGF).
