LFT high characteristic PP reinforced material is a highly stereoscopic and thermoplastic plastic, is long glass/carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene composite. After more than 60 years, LFT PP filled long glass fiber material developed rapidly and became a new star in the research and application of many fields. It has gradually replaced wood metal fiber and other materials, and has been used in the manufacturing of construction electrical appliances, light industry, medical treatment and other fields.

Product Application
Compared with international enterprises, China production enterprises still lag behind on the overall level. China medical polypropylene material is mainly used in disposable medical equipment, such as disposable syringe, blood transfusion, infusion tube, etc., while abroad has been widely used in packaging materials, laboratory equipment, high-end medical equipment and other fields.
LFT-PP is long glass fiber reinforced PP resin, with light weight and high strength, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, small creep properties, excellent mechanical properties, short molding cycle, etc. It is mainly used in some structural parts that require high mechanical properties and dimensional stability, such as automotive, home appliances, electronic and electrical appliances.
Among them, in the automotive field, LFT-PP is mainly used to produce front-end frames, body door modules, instrument panel skeletons, cooling fans and frames, battery brackets, etc.; in the field of home appliances, LFT-PP can be used to produce washing machine drums, washing machine triangular brackets, air conditioning fans, etc.; in other fields, LFT-PP can be used to make power tool shells, pump shells and impellers.
