LFT-G® PP LGF40 -NG04C is the ultimate toughness upgrade for designs specifying "PP GF40". Standard PP GF40 (short fiber) is often selected for its stiffness, but it is notoriously brittle and fails catastrophically upon impact, especially in cold weather. LFT-G® PP LGF40-NG04C is a copolymer (Copo) grade specifically engineered to solve this problem.
By combining a 40% long glass fiber (LFRT) network with a high-impact copolymer PP matrix, this material provides unparalleled durability. The long glass fiber skeleton stops cracks, while the copolymer base absorbs impact energy, making it ideal for parts like the Washing machine drum part.

Processing Information
The following values are recommendations. We recommend desiccant / dry air dryers (moisture content below 0.1%).
To minimize fiber breakage and ensure optimal performance, a low-compression, general-purpose screw is highly recommended.
