LFT-G® LGF50 PP/HPP NG05 Pellets

LFT-G® PP LGF50 is a composite material that long glass fiber with Polypropylene reinforced.

Long glass fiber reinforced PP products are modified plastic materials. The material is typically a column of particles 12 or 25 mm in length and about 3 mm in diameter.As a very typical thermoplastic composite material, long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites (LFT PP composites) have the advantages of good toughness, high strength, low density, long shelf life, recyclability and low price.

In these particles, the glass fibers have the same length as the particles, the glass fiber content can vary from 20% to 70%, and the color of the particles can be matched to the customer's requirements. The particles are generally used in injection and molding processes to produce structural or semi-structural parts for applications such as automotive, construction, home appliances, power tools and more.
