PP LGF40 combines 40% long glass fibers with polypropylene matrix through advanced pultrusion technology, achieving 7,200 MPa tensile modulus - 24% higher than conventional PP-GF40. The patented fiber alignment process maintains 10-25mm fiber length during molding, enabling 0.2% dimensional shrinkage versus 1.5% in SMC composites. Certified under IATF 16949 and UL 94 V-0 standards, it replaces 15+ metal components in automotive modules with 45% weight reduction.

Our hybrid crystallization technology delivers -30°C to 158°C thermal stability, passing 5,000-hour thermal aging tests with <1.5% mechanical property loss. The integrated UV shield package exceeds SAE J2527 weathering requirements, maintaining 92% impact strength after 10-year equivalent exposure.
