LFT-G® LGF30 PP GF30 Polymer

PP LGF30, or Polypropylene Long Glass Fiber 30, refers to a composite material that consists of polypropylene reinforced with 30% long glass fibers. This material offers outstanding mechanical properties, such as high strength, stiffness, and heat deflection. It is commonly used in metal replacement applications due to its high strength properties, lower specific gravity, and the attractiveness of the injection molding processing method.

PP LGF30 exhibits excellent anti-creep and fatigue resistance, low warpage, and chemical coupling.Additionally, the notched impact strength of this material is increased at elevated and low temperatures due to the fiber skeleton built into the parts. PP LGF30 is impact-modified and offers a combination of high performance and durability.
