LFT-G® GF30 PP LGF30 Composite

LFT-G® PP LGF30 refers to Polypropylene (PP) reinforced with 30% long glass fiber. This composite material offers several key features, including excellent anti-creep and fatigue resistance, low warpage, chemical coupling, high strength, and impact-modified grade. It is commonly used in metal replacement applications due to its high strength properties, lower specific gravity, and attractiveness for injection molding processing.

The PP LGF30 material provides improved thermal properties and lower shrinkage and warp compared to competitive PP-based compounds. Additionally, the fibers in this composite are chemically coupled to the polypropylene matrix, enhancing the impact properties and providing outstanding mechanical properties such as high strength and stiffness combined with high heat deflection.
