LFT refers to plastic particles or products formed by the melting of reinforced fibers and thermoplastic polymers with a length of more than 10mm. The mechanical properties of LFT are not afraid to be related to the performance of thermoplastic polymer, the performance of reinforced fiber, fiber content, etc., and the interface structure formed between sea reinforced fiber and thermoplastic polymer is closely related. In addition, the mechanical properties of LFT are closely related to the retention length of reinforced fibers. The LFT's rigidity, strength, impact resistance, and energy absorption are greatly reduced by the large minimum fiber length retained in the molded product. As a result, LFT is more competitive in automotive interior and exterior structures and semi-structures with more stringent requirements.

The LFT-PA66 material can be used in high-strength products such as industrial fan blades. We have American customers who use our PA66 LGF40 material to make industrial fan blades. Although nylon is easy to absorb water in early production, it can be put into production as long as it is boiled in water for 24 hours or soaked in cold water for 42 hours in the reproduction process. The mechanical properties of finished products are high, and even though the fan blades are not very thick, they are really difficult to break. The strength and toughness of the blades remained unchanged and did not suffer damage based on the experimental effects of gravity and blows.
