Product Description
LFT excellent character PA66 reinforced modified material has good impact resistance and strength. It is mainly used to manufacture front and rear cover plates, handles, door locks, seat belt fixed hinges, instrument panel, fender, mask clamp, swing arm and gear of seat back, etc. PA66 of wheel cover is about 2kg/vehicle, which is a big market for nylon. However, when nylon66 is used as a large part, the size change or strength decrease will be caused by water absorption, so the performance of the part cannot be fully maintained. In this case, PA66 material needs to be modified.
