Our company has an Israeli customer who needs PA6 material to make the shell of the electric sensor .According to its requirements, it needs UV resistance, at least 5 years of UV radiation, and high-strength impact resistance. Our company recommended the PA6-LGF30 material to this customer, and customized red and yellow samples for testing. The test results are very satisfying to customers. The mechanical properties of PA6 material are greatly increased after being filled with 30% long glass fiber. Among them, the impact resistance is 213J/m, and the tensile modules have reached 9675MPa.After test sample,the customer purchase the PA6-LGF30 pellets about 3TONS to making the electrical sensor shell and its appreance is great clean and beauty.
