PA6 LGF50: Maximum-Performance Long Glass Fiber Nylon 6

PA6 LGF50 sets new benchmarks in fiber-reinforced engineering plastics with 50% long glass fiber reinforcement, delivering tensile strength of 220-240 MPa (ISO 527-2) and heat deflection temperature of 230°C (ISO 75). This material exhibits 85% higher stiffness than standard LGF30 composites while achieving UL746C RTI Electrical rating of 160°C.

  • Tensile Strength: 211–220 MPa (ISO 527-2), exceeding PA6 GF40 by 18-22%
  • Flexural Modulus: 10500–11500 MPa (ISO 178), engineered for extreme structural demands

  • Continuous Use Temp: 155°C (IEC 60216)
