What Is LFT PA6 G30? LFT-G® LFT PA6 G30, Polyamide-6 (PA6) reinforced with 30% long glass fiber (LGF30)composite, is a high-performance thermoplastic material that combines excellent mechanical properties with good thermal and chemical resistance. LFT PA6 G30 is widely used in the automotive, electrical, and industrial sectors, where lightweight, durable, and cost-effective solutions are essential.

 

LFT composites are made by impregnating long fibers, such as glass or carbon, into a thermoplastic matrix. The resulting composite material offers higher strength and stiffness than traditional short fiber composites, making it ideal for use in a wide range of applications.

 

 

Properties of LFT PA6 G30

1. Impact resistance: Although LFT PA6 material is a stiff and strong material, it also exhibits excellent impact resistance, which makes it suitable for products that are prone to impacts or shocks.

2.In addition to its mechanical properties, PA6 LGF30 has good thermal stability and can withstand continuous use at temperatures up to 120°C.
