Nylon12 is the lowest density of the nylon series, only 1.02. Its characteristics include low water absorption, good dimensional stability, good low-temperature resistance, up to -70℃; Low melting point, easy molding processing, and a molding temperature range is wide; It has good softness, chemical stability, oil resistance, and wear resistance, and it is a self-extinguishing material. The long-term use temperature is 80℃ (up to 90℃ after heat treatment), can work at 100℃ for a long time in oil, and inert gas can work at 110℃ for a long time.
PA12-LGF material is a kind of composite material, that adds long glass fiber on the basis of the original nylon material so that the material has the following characteristics: High-temperature resistance, good dimensional stability, good toughness, good insulation, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength.

Application
As a kind of long-chain polyamide, PA12 is mainly used in automotive parts, 3D printing, machinery, and aerospace fields. In automobile parts, glass fiber (GF) reinforced PA12 material is mainly used in the fuel pipeline system, automobile evaporation system, and quick connector.
