2–4 hrs @ 85–100°C
Moisture < 0.1% (dehumidifying dryer recommended).

Melt 240–270°C • Mold 60–90°C
Use a low‑shear screw, large gates (≥5 mm).

Pressure 70–130 MPa • Purge with PE/PP before shutdown.
Do not leave long‑fiber melt in barrel.
