- The addition of long carbon fibers to nylon 66 greatly improves its mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, flexural modulus, and impact resistance. Compared to unfilled nylon 66, PA66 LCF40 has up to 40% higher stiffness and up to 90% higher strength, making it an ideal material for demanding applications that require high performance and durability.
