The continuous fiber reinforced high-performance thermoplastic composite material is a composite material with high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PPS, PEI and the like, and continuous carbon fiber and glass fiber as reinforcing materials.

 The continuous carbon fiber reinforced PEEK thermoplastic prepreg is a composition of a resin matrix PEEK and carbon fiber by impregnating a continuous carbon fiber under a strictly controlled condition with a PEEK resin matrix. At present, it is mainly used to manufacture main bearing or secondary bearing components, and is applied to high-tech fields such as civil aviation, large transport aircraft, military aircraft and ships with high requirements on high-performance materials, high-speed rail cars, vans, automobiles, aerial vehicles, etc. Applications in the field of vehicles, sports equipment, fitness equipment, electronic and household products, shells or bearing parts.
