The mechanical properties of the long-cut carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone composite sheet first increase and then decrease with the increase of molding temperature. Generally, the mechanical properties reach the maximum at the molding temperature of 370 °C. When the temperature is low, there is a problem that the resin is impregnated incompletely and unevenly distributed in the prepreg. If the fluidity of the resin is poor, the fibers in the prepreg are unevenly dispersed, and the fibers are locally dense and the resin is enriched. The material sheet is prone to stress concentration when subjected to force, thereby affecting the overall performance of the sheet.
