LFT-G® LCF30%-PP material is 30% long carbon fiber reinforced Polypropylene (Copo- PP) thermoplastic composite manufactured using a pultrusion process that melt impregnates the fiber with the matrix resin to maximize performance.
The long carbon fibers in LFT-G® LCF30%-PP composites form a network skeleton in a certain direction, and this long fiber network skeleton has a good role in absorbing stress and impact from the outside, which cannot be done by the short fiber composite.
LFT-G® PP-LCF30% material's high load modulus, lightweight advantage make it an excellent choice for a wide range of industrial applications.
