What Is PA6 LCF30? LFT-G® LCF30 PA6 called PA6 LCF30% compounds, which a reinforced nylon6 contains 30% by weight of long carbon fibers.The LFT reinforcing PA6 is with Long Carbon Fibers (LCF). These fibers, with lengths of up to 15mm, are embedded in the polymer matrix to increase its strength and stiffness.

 

Compared to standard PA6, the PA6 LCF30% compound has several advantages. First, it has a higher tensile strength, flexural strength, and compressive strength. This makes it an ideal material for applications that require high mechanical strength, such as automotive parts, industrial components, and sports equipment.
