Long Fiber's Uniqueness

Long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics is significantly higher in mechanical performance, electrical performance and thermal performance than short glass fiber reinforced material. This is mainly due to the short fiber is mixed along the flow direction, and long staple fiber, less populated performance is good, long fiber blend in entangled, filling mould flip, and bend, make its all aspects of performance are higher than short fibers.Therefore,the long fiber mixed molded article has a higher homogeneity, more straightness and a smaller yield than the molded article mixed with the staple fibersFiber length is the most important factor in fiber reinforced composites, and long fiber has more obvious enhancement effect than short fiber.
