The interface between the PA 6 matrix and the carbon fiber is very good. The tensile strength, tensile modulus and bending strength of PA 6 / LCF composites increased with the increase of CF content, and higher than short carbon fiber reinforced PA 6 composite. The melting temperature and thermal degradation temperature of composite materials are not affected by the addition of CF, and the crystallization temperature is affected by the addition of CF. PA 6, also known as polycaprolactam. It's not exactly a condensation polymer, because its polymer contains all the atoms in it. The structure of PA 6 shows that the structure of PA 66 is slightly different from that of PA 6, but the performance of the two materials is basically the same.
